Forty years of placing furniture in clients' homes taught us what good delivery looks like. Here is how we do it.

Standard Delivery

Accessories, tabletop, textiles, and most lighting are delivered via UPS or FedEx Ground at a flat shipping rate of $15. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $250. You will receive tracking information by email the day your order ships, and you can expect your items to arrive within five to seven business days from the date of shipment.

Some pieces ship directly from the maker's workroom to your door, and the product page will always indicate when this is the case. Whether fulfilled by our atelier or shipped directly from the maker, every order is followed closely by our team from placement to arrival.

Furniture – White Glove Delivery

Furniture deserves better than a doorstep. Oversized and fragile pieces arrive by appointment with a two-person team, carried to the room of your choice, unpacked, and assembled where needed. Packaging is removed before they leave, and your space is left exactly as they found it.

White Glove Delivery is $295 per order. Our delivery partner will call ahead to confirm a four-hour arrival window, and you can expect your pieces to arrive within three to five weeks from the date of shipment. Please note that the delivery team is unable to move or dispose of existing furniture, hang or hardwire lighting, mount mirrors or art, or make alterations to your home in any way.

An important note on measuring: Furniture should be measured twice and ordered once. Before placing your order, we encourage you to check doorways, stairwells, elevators, and the room itself to ensure a seamless delivery. We are always happy to provide dimensions or specification sheets. Simply reach out before you place your order. If a piece is unable to make it into the room, the return will be treated as a furniture return. See our Returns and Exchanges policy for details.

Made to Order Pieces

Once your order is placed, our makers will begin crafting your piece in their workroom. Because these pieces are created exclusively for you, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or changes once production has begun.

The lead time noted on the product page reflects production time alone, and you can expect an additional two to four weeks for delivery. We will keep you informed every step of the way.

Please note that handcrafted pieces may carry subtle variations in finish or texture. This is a natural hallmark of the maker's hand that we believe only adds to their beauty.

Receiving Your Delivery

We encourage you to look each piece over carefully while the delivery team is still with you. Please note any concerns on the delivery receipt and send us photos within 48 hours of arrival. Our team is always here to help, and damage is easiest to resolve when we hear about it early.

Where We Ship

We deliver throughout the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, we invite you to reach out before placing your order and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Shipping Timeframes

Orders typically leave our atelier within two to three business days, although processing times may take a touch longer during the holiday season. Please note that delivery dates are our best and most honest estimates rather than guarantees, and we appreciate your grace and patience as your pieces make their way to you.
